Narrow Street is my smaller (but getting bigger) portable layout. It is based upon the legendary “Minories” track plan created by C.J. Freezer many many years ago.
My inspiration was for a Broad Street style station, but on a smaller scale, and in a cutting rather than elevated above street level. At only 15″ wide, i am sure you now understand the reason for the name!
Underneath the station, there is a fictitious Underground station (supposedly on the Northern Line).
